How payment works

Questions
What happens when the free launch ends?
We email every member at least 14 days before. Founding members keep Premium free for 3 more months, then get 40% off their first plan. If you do not pay, your account simply moves to the Free plan — your profile, photos and conversations stay.
Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. Nothing renews automatically: when a membership ends it simply stops, and you choose whether to pay again.
Do you give refunds?
Payments are not refundable, except for a mistaken or duplicate payment, or a membership that was not activated within 2 working days of your receipt. Read the refund policy
Does a free profile stay free?
Yes. You can be found, receive interest, reply and have a full conversation on the Free plan.
